3) Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with its original packaging and designer garment tags still attached. We cannot accept returns of items as faulty if they have not been treated as instructed in the garment care label.
4) Unfortunately, returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
What happens next?
- Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged). Please note that items must meet our return policy.
- Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
- Unless the goods are faulty you will be responsible for the postage costs.
- We strongly advise that you sent the parcel back Recorded Delivery as we can not take responsibility for it being lost in transit
